1.1 Cold rolled ordinary thin steel plate
Cold-rolled thin steel plate is the abbreviation of ordinary carbon structural steel cold-rolled plate, commonly known as cold plate. It is made of ordinary carbon structural steel hot-rolled steel strips, which are further cold-rolled into steel plates with a thickness of less than 4mm. Since rolling at room temperature does not produce iron oxide scale, the cold plate has good surface quality and high dimensional accuracy. Coupled with annealing treatment, its mechanical properties and process performance are better than hot-rolled thin steel plates. In many fields, especially In the field of home appliance manufacturing, it has gradually been used to replace hot-rolled thin steel plates.

Applicable grades: Q195, Q215, Q235, Q275; Symbol: Q-the code for the yield point (limit) of ordinary carbon structural steel, which is the uppercase and lowercase of the first Chinese Pinyin letter of "Qu"; 195, 215, 235, 255, 275 - respectively represent the values of their yield points (limits), unit: MPa (N/mm2); due to the comprehensive mechanical properties of Q235 steel such as strength, plasticity, toughness and weldability, it is among the ordinary carbon structural steels. Finally, it can better meet general usage requirements, so its application range is very wide.

1.2 Cold-rolled high-quality thin steel plates
Like cold-rolled ordinary thin steel plates, cold-rolled high-quality carbon structural steel thin steel plates are also the most widely used thin steel plates in cold plates. Cold-rolled high-quality carbon steel sheets are made of high-quality carbon structural steel and are cold-rolled into sheets with a thickness less than 4mm.
Applicable grades: 08, 08F, 10, 10F
Symbols: 08, 10 - the two digits at the beginning of the steel number indicate the carbon content of the steel, expressed as average carbon content × 100; F - boiling steel without deoxidation; b - semi-killed steel, Z - generally deoxidized killed steel ( sometimes without letters).
For example: 08F represents non-deoxidizing boiling steel with an average carbon content of 0.08%; due to its good plasticity and good stamping performance, 08F steel plates are mostly used to manufacture sheet metal products with generally drawn structures.
Drawing level: Z-deepest drawing level, S-deep drawing level, P-normal drawing level
Surface quality: Ⅰ-Advanced finishing surface, Ⅱ-Higher finishing surface, Ⅲ-Ordinary finishing surface

1.3 Cold-rolled thin steel plates for deep drawing
Deep-drawn cold-rolled thin steel plates are mostly made of aluminum-deoxidized killed steel, which is a high-quality carbon structural steel. Because of its very good plasticity and excellent deep drawing properties, it is widely used in deep drawn products that require relatively complex structures.
Applicable grade: 08A1
Symbol: 08-The two digits at the beginning of the steel number indicate the carbon content of the steel, expressed as average carbon content × 100; A1-killed steel using aluminum deoxidation. Surface quality: Ⅰ-special high-grade finished surface, Ⅱ-high-grade finished surface, Ⅲ-higher-grade finished surface; Drawing performance level: ZF-can draw the most complex parts, HF-can draw very complex parts, F -Complex parts can be drawn.
