Common grades of cold rolled steel
DC01 Steel:DC01 is a common grade of cold-rolled steel. DC01 is a European standard, and this type of steel is equivalent to the national standard Q195 steel and Q215 steel. DC01 steel plate is a low-carbon steel plate, with a carbon content of no more than 0.12% and a manganese content of no more than 0.6%. DC01 steel plate has high strength, fatigue resistance, corrosion resistance, and easy processing. It can be used to make automobile shells, agricultural machinery and equipment, petrochemical equipment, food cans, etc.
DC03 steel:DC03 is a kind of steel. DC03 is cold-rolled steel, mainly used for stamping, such as automotive parts and electrical product parts, with a yield strength of MPa20~240, a tensile strength of MPa not less than 270, and an elongation after fracture of not less than 32. Different surfaces have different requirements. A higher-level finishing surface can allow some slight scratches, marks, spots, etc., as long as they do not affect the forming. DC03 can be divided into higher-level finishing surfaces, high-level finishing surfaces that require no defects visible to the naked eye, and super-high-level finishing surfaces that require no defects that affect the appearance after painting.
DC04 steel:DC04 is a steel product that can be used for a variety of parts. Mainly used for deep drawing. DC04 surface classification: 1. Higher-level finishing surface FB surface allows a small amount of defects that do not affect the formability and coating and plating adhesion, such as slight scratches, indentations, pits, roller marks and oxidation color. 2. Higher-level finishing surface FC The better side of the two sides of the product has no obvious defects visible to the naked eye, and the other side should at least meet the requirements of FB.
DC04 can be used for a variety of parts, including simple metal stamping parts for daily necessities, such as automotive parts and electrical product parts and other products with relatively high ductility requirements.
DC05 Steel:DC05 is a material used for stamping high-demand products such as automotive parts and electrical product parts. It has high tensile strength and good toughness. It is mainly used for stamping, such as automotive parts and electrical product parts.
DC06 Steel:The full name of DC06 is ultra-low carbon ultra-deep stamping steel plate. DC06 and ST16 are of the same grade, mainly used for bending, stretching, stamping, etc., and can be used in the box cover of the car battery, the chassis cover of the engine, the high-depth chandelier lampshade, the air dryer shell, the circuit string hole inside the car door, the edge line support, etc.
SPCC Steel:SPCC was originally the name of the steel material "general cold-rolled carbon steel sheet and strip" in the Japanese standard (JIS). Now many countries or companies directly use it to indicate the same type of steel they produce (such as Baosteel Q/BQB402 standard has SPCC). Note: Similar grades include SPCD (cold-rolled carbon steel sheet and strip for stamping), SPCE (cold-rolled carbon steel sheet and strip for deep drawing), SPCCK\SPCCCE, etc. (special steel for TV sets), SPCC4D\SPCC8D, etc. (hard steel, used for bicycle rims, etc.), which are used in different occasions.
