Application: stamping
① Range:
This standard specifies the requirements for continuous electrolysis (or alternative process production on a cold-rolled finishing substrate) galvanized cold-rolled flat steel products suitable for cold-formed low carbon steel with rolled widths ≥600mm and thicknesses 0.35 mm to 3mm, delivered in strip (roll), sheet, narrow strip or cut lengths obtained from narrow strip or sheet.
② Surface quality is divided into class A and class B.
Surface treatment symbol: P-phosphating; Pc-phosphating and chemical treatment; C- Passivation, PCO- phosphating, chemical treatment and oiling; CO- passivation and oiling; Po-phosphating and oiling; O- oiling; S-coated seal; U- Coating etc not treated.
③ Order example:
Strip grade DC3+ZE(1.0347+ZE), galvanized on the surface (50/50) thickness of 5μm, surface quality grade A, surface phosphating treatment, example: Strip EN 10152 - +ZE50 DC3/50-A-P or strip EN 10152-1.0347+ZE50/50-A-P
