What Material Is DIN En 10130 DC01?

Oct 20, 2023

DC01 steel (1.0330 material) is a European standard cold-rolled high-quality low-carbon steel plate cold formed. In the BS and DIN EN 10130 standards, it contains 5 other steel grades: DC03 (1.0347), DC04 (1.0338), DC05 (1.0312), DC06 (1.0873) and DC07 (1.0898), and the surface quality is divided into 2 types: DC01 -A and DC01-B. In addition, this steel is also used in electro-galvanized condition. The steel number is DC01+ZE (or 1.0330+ZE), and the standard is EN 10152.

EN10130 DC01 is the European standard:

The corresponding German standard is DIN 1623 ST12 (DC01)

The corresponding Japanese standard is JIS G3141 SPCC

The corresponding American standard is ASTM A1008 CS

The corresponding Baosteel enterprise standard is Q/BQB 403 DC01

"DC01" is a brand of cold-rolled low-carbon steel material, and its material standards are generally formulated based on international standards or industry standards. Here are some common DC01 material standards:
1. International standards: According to the standards of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), the standard of DC01 material is ISO 3574.
2. European standards: According to the standards of the European Committee for Standardization (CEN), the standard of DC01 material is EN 10130.
3. German standards: According to the standards of the German National Standards Institute (DIN), the standard of DC01 material is DIN EN 10130.
These standards usually include requirements for material chemical composition, mechanical properties, heat treatment requirements, surface quality, etc. The standards of different countries or regions may be different, so you need to select and refer to the local standards when using them.
