1 Comprehensive data comparison
(1) The salt spray resistance test of the flat part is similar to that of aluminum-zinc-silicon plate, about 10 to 20 times that of galvanized plate, and 5 to 8 times that of galvanized-5% aluminum alloy.
(2) The salt spray resistance test of the cut section, bent section and scratched section is better than that of aluminum zinc silicon plate, galvanized -5% aluminum plate and galvanized plate.
(3) Ammonia resistance is 2 times that of galvanized sheets and 10 times that of aluminum-zinc silicon sheets.
(4) The acid and alkali resistance is similar to that of galvanized sheets, and better than galvanized silicon sheets and galvanized-5% aluminum sheets.
(5) When the coating is 90g/m2, the corrosion resistance is more superior than the 560g/m2 coating obtained by hot-dip plating after processing into the workpiece.
2 ZAM board salt spray test comparison
The comparison of the red rust occurrence time of ZAM board and other three common coatings during the salt spray test is shown in the figure above. It can be seen that the ZAM board has the longest red rust occurrence time.
3 SD board exposure test comparison
The comparison of the fracture state of the SD board and three other common coatings after 8 months and 20 months in the outdoor exposure test is shown in the figure below. It can be seen that although there is a small amount of corrosion on the fracture surface of the SD board at 8 months, but at 20 months Rust is reduced instead.
