Galvalume steel coil is a type of steel sheet that has been coated with an alloy of aluminum and zinc. The coating typically consists of about 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon.
This combination provides the steel with enhanced corrosion resistance, heat reflectivity, and durability compared to traditional galvanized steel.

Acrylic Coated(Optional)
Acrylic Coated Galvalume with a layer of Acrylic applied to it to prevent fingerprints during handling, manufacturing, and installation. It cannot be painted and can only be used bare.
It can be dry roll-formed without lubrication and can roll-form pre-painted steel on the same roll-forming machine without extensive cleaning of the roll-forming dies.
Weight of AI-Zn Coating
We mainly sell AZ50, AZ55, and AZ150 galvalume steel coils. AZ50 and AZ55 are ASTM A792 standard coating designations, meaning weights of 0.50 ounces/square foot and 0.55 ounces/square foot. AZ150 is a coating designation according to EN 10346 standard, which means the weight is 150g per square meter.
AZ50 is equivalent to AZ150;
AZ55 is equivalent to AZ165;
