In the EN10130 standard, DC01 to DC07 represent different grades of cold rolled steel, each with unique properties and applications. Specifically:

• DC01:

This steel is mainly used for simple bending and forming. Due to its relatively low yield strength, usually between 140MPa and 280MPa, it offers good workability. Its tensile strength ranges from 270MPa to 410MPa, and the elongation after fracture is not less than 28%.

• DC03:

Suitable for high-quality deep drawing processes, DC03 offers better deep drawing performance compared to DC01. It is particularly suitable for applications requiring higher forming quality but less complex deep drawing. Its yield strength is around 240MPa, tensile strength ranges from 270MPa to 370MPa, and it provides a relatively high elongation rate.

• DC04:

Ideal for complex stamping processes, this steel grade has excellent deep drawing and processing performance, making it suitable for more demanding stamping applications. Its yield strength is about 210MPa, tensile strength ranges from 270MPa to 350MPa, and elongation after fracture can reach about 38%.

• DC05:

With even better deep drawing properties compared to DC04, DC05 is particularly suitable for applications requiring extremely high deep drawing performance, such as processing complex-shaped components. DC05 has a yield strength of around 180MPa, tensile strength between 270MPa and 330MPa, and elongation after fracture of about 40%.

• DC06:

This steel grade shows outstanding deep drawing properties and is often used in the production of components requiring deep drawing. Both DC06 and DC07 are known for their superior deep drawing quality, making them especially suitable for processes with very high deep drawing requirements.

• DC07:

DC07 offers excellent extra deep drawing quality and is one of the best-performing grades in the DC series for deep drawing. Its exceptional forming properties make it suitable for extremely complex deep drawing applications. In terms of mechanical properties, DC07 has a yield strength of about 150MPa, tensile strength between 250MPa and 310MPa, and an elongation after fracture of approximately 44%.
