Cold Rolled Steel
cold rolled steel coil production mainly uses hot rolled coil or hot rolled steel plate as raw materials these raw materials first need to carry out quality checks to ensure that it meets the production requirements.The raw material is heated and cleaned to remove surface oxides and dirt, making the surface of the billet smoother and ready for subsequent processing.

Basing on the raw materials of high quality hot-rolled coil which has removed iron oxide after picked, cold-rolled sheet is made through reversing cold rolling deformation imposed on the group, annealing, formation, and exactness processes, including plate and volumes. A steel sheet, which is also known as box board or plate, is for delivery in sheets. A long roll known as the steel delivery is also known as coil.

Package: Strapped with min three strapping strips, covered by anti-water paper and plastic film, fixed on the iron or wooden pallets by strpping strips & covered by plastic bag to prevent damage.
Surface Treatment
Surface carbonation, coating, oiling, passivization, pickling, soft melting.
Coil width from 1000mm to 1250mm and can also specialize in 760mm, 914mm, 1040mm, 1100mm, 1219mm, 1250mm in width.
In thickness, from 0.14mm to 2.0mm
