Galvanized Steel Coil DX51D
DX51D is not just a simple product code. It strictly complies with European standard EN 10346 and represents the perfect combination of zinc layer protection, excellent formability and wide applicability. Its core values are:

1. Indestructible anti-rust armor
Hot-dip galvanizing process: After strict cleaning, the steel substrate is immersed in molten zinc liquid to form a dense metallurgical coating. This layer of zinc not only isolates the steel from contact with air and moisture, but also has a sacrificial anode protection function - even if the coating is partially damaged, the zinc will still corrode first to protect the substrate.
Excellent corrosion resistance: In various atmospheric environments (rural, urban, industrial, marine) and under specific conditions, it provides a long protection life far exceeding that of ordinary cold-rolled plates, significantly reducing maintenance costs and the risk of failures caused by corrosion, and extending the service life of the product.
2. Outstanding forming performance
Exclusive substrate design: DX51D uses specially designed low-carbon soft steel as the substrate, giving it excellent ductility, plasticity and deep drawing performance.
Easily cope with complex processing: Whether it is stamping, bending, roll forming, deep drawing or stretching and other complex processes, DX51D can handle it with ease, effectively reducing the risk of processing cracking and wrinkling, improving production yield and efficiency, and is an ideal choice for manufacturing complex structural parts and housings.

3. Beautiful and practical diversified surfaces
Standard smooth surface (S): Smooth and uniform, with strong coating adhesion, it is an ideal substrate for post-treatment such as spraying and laminating.
Minimum spangle surface (M): The spangles are small and uniform, with delicate and beautiful appearance, and are often used for visible parts with high requirements for surface appearance.
No spangle surface (N): The spangles are eliminated through special treatment, and the surface is extremely smooth and flat, especially suitable for subsequent precision coating or direct use as an appearance surface.
4. Flexible and adaptable specification selection
Wide range of thickness: Common substrate thickness ranges from 0.3mm to 3.0mm or even thicker (depending on the capacity of the steel plant), meeting the diverse needs from light and thin parts to structural parts.
Customized width: Standard or customized widths from 600mm to 1500mm+ are available to maximize material utilization and reduce scrap waste.
Optional zinc layer thickness: Double-sided galvanized layer weight (unit: g/m²) provides a variety of options (such as 60/60, 80/80, 100/100, 120/120, 140/140, 180/180, 200/200, 225/225, 275/275, etc.), users can accurately choose according to the expected use environment corrosion strength, to achieve a perfect balance between protection and cost.

5.Reliable endorsement of European standard EN 10346
DX51D strictly follows the European unified standard EN 10346, ensuring the consistency, reliability and traceability of product quality. The standard has clear provisions on chemical composition, mechanical properties, coating requirements, surface quality, etc., providing a common guideline for global procurement and application.
