Stainless steel plate form
Stainless steel can be divided into coils, plain sheets and steel strips.
The rolled plate is flattened by a flattening machine, and the length can be customized according to needs. For cold-rolled sheets, domestic cold-rolled sheets are generally below 3mm, and 3mm is both hot-rolled and cold-rolled, but the thickness of imported cold-rolled sheets can reach 4mm or even 6mm. The hot rolled plate is usually above 3mm. The plate between 3mm and 12mm is called medium plate, and the plate above 12mm is called thick plate. It is also called medium and thick plate. The original flat plate is usually thick plate, and the thickness is usually above 16mm.

Stainless steel plate classification
NO.1 surface
The surface is a hot-rolled pickled surface, which is mainly found on hot-rolled stainless steel plates with a thickness of more than 3mm. It is also called "hot-rolled plate" in the industry. Hot-rolled plates are characterized by rough surface, matte surface, and good formability. They are mostly used in pressure vessels, heavy industry, etc.
NO.2B surface
2B plate refers to cold rolled plate. Cold rolling is a surface obtained on the basis of hot rolling. The 2B surface is characterized by smoothness and flatness and is widely used. It is a commonly used surface of stainless steel plates.
NO.4 Surface
The surface of the steel plate polished by oil-milled short wires has a discontinuous silk pattern and a special luster, giving people a metallic aesthetic. The surface is divided into various types according to the roughness: 180 mesh, 240 mesh, 280 mesh, 320 mesh, 360 mesh, 400 mesh, etc.
Ordinary 8K surface
That is, "8K board", which is what we often call stainless steel mirror panel. The surface is also mechanically polished to obtain a surface with good brightness and clear photography.
Precision grinding 8K surface
"Precision 8K" is also the name of the mirror panel, but it has stricter requirements for surface defects. Mirror panels with a thickness of less than 2.0 mm can almost look like a mirror.
