Last week, a group of European partners visited GNEE STEEL's production facility to discuss future cooperation on galvalume steel coil and PPGI steel supply. The visit aimed to enhance technical communication and ensure that product specifications meet ASTM and EN standards for galvanized and coated steel materials.
During the factory tour, the clients observed the full production line-from cold rolled galvanized steel coil processing to prepainted galvanized steel sheet coating. They were impressed by the automated coating equipment and the consistent quality of electrolytic galvanized steel products.
The technical team from GNEE STEEL introduced the company's quality control procedures, including zinc layer testing, paint adhesion evaluation, and mechanical property analysis. Both sides exchanged views on European market trends for galvalume steel and PPGI steel coil manufacturers, expressing confidence in future cooperation.
The visit concluded with a framework agreement for regular shipments of prepainted galvalume steel coil and PPGI steel, supporting construction and energy sectors in Europe. GNEE STEEL continues to focus on long-term partnerships, delivering stable quality, timely delivery, and competitive prices to overseas customers.
Hot Dipped Galvanized Steel Sheet in Coil (GI) is produced by passing the Full Hard sheet which has undergone the acid washing process and rolling process through the zinc pot, thereby applying zinc film to the surface. It has excellent corrosion resistance, paintability, and workability due to Zinc's characteristics. Usually, hot-dipped galvanized steel sheet and galvanized steel coil process and specifications are basically the same.
Hot-dip galvanizing is the process of applying a protective zinc coating to a steel sheet or iron sheet, to prevent rusting.

* Available to select and produce the desired amount of zinc gilded and in particular enables thick zinc layers(maximum 120g/m2).
