Enamel steel plate
Enamel steel plate refers to a new type of composite material in which inorganic glassy materials are melted and solidified into the base steel plate and firmly combined with the steel plate.
Nature
New composite materials

Features
Scratch-resistant and easy to clean
Application
Decorative wall panels for interior and exterior walls of buildings and tunnels
Introduction
Enamel coating on the surface of the steel plate can prevent the steel plate from rusting, so that the steel plate will not form an oxide layer on the surface when heated and can resist the erosion of various liquids. Enamel products are not only safe and non-toxic, easy to wash and clean, and can be widely used as eating utensils and washing utensils used in daily life, but also under certain conditions, enamel coating on metal bodies exhibits high hardness and high temperature resistance. Excellent properties such as wear resistance and insulation make enamel products more widely used. The enamel layer can also give products a beautiful appearance and decorate people's lives. It can be seen that enamel products combine the strength of metal with the gorgeous appearance of enamel and chemical resistance.

Steel for enamel (mainly steel plates) generally refers to low carbon steel plates, that is, steel plates with lower carbon content (generally ≤0.08%). This is the main material used for the inner tank of volumetric water heaters.
Application
Decorative wall panels for subway stations, interior and exterior walls of buildings, decorative wall panels for tunnels, sterile operating room walls, pedestrian underground passage wall panels, air preheater heat exchange elements for thermal power plants, etc.
