The double high-voltage transformer developed and produced by our company has a two-line voltage (6.6kV/10kV) and a capacity of 1000KVA. After the conversion, the connection group is unchanged, the proportion of tapping voltage is unchanged, the number of turns of the transformer is arranged reasonably, and the anti-short circuit ability is strong. There are no idle turns in the two voltage operating states, but the two voltages cannot be used at the same time.

The transformer is equipped with a protective current transformer for each phase of high voltage. And each high pressure casing is equipped with arc extinguishing horn. The arc extinguishing horn is usually connected between the live line and the ground, and the protection equipment is in parallel. When the voltage value reaches the specified operating voltage, the arc extinguishing horn acts immediately, flows through the charge, limits the overvoltage amplitude, and protects the insulation equipment. After the voltage value is normal, the arc extinguishing horn quickly restores the original state to ensure the normal power supply of the system.
Curved horn
To facilitate movement, we installed wheels at the bottom of the transformer. It is also equipped with an oil temperature controller to monitor and alarm when the oil level temperature is too high.
