G60 is a zinc coating grade designation based on ASTM A653/A653M. The "G" designation stands for zinc coating, and the number "60" represents the zinc coating thickness in ounces per square foot. Galvanized steel coil refers to carbon steel coil that is coated with a protective zinc layer using continuous hot-dip plating. G60 Galvanized Steel Coil means hot-dip galvanized steel coil with a total weight of double-sided zinc layer of 60oz/ft² or approximately 180g/m².
