01 Coated steel coil specifications
The width error is +-2mm, the incision is straight, the cut surface is neat, and the thickness tolerance is +-0.03mm.
02 Coating of coated steel coils
The coating type complies with the contract requirements, the coating color is uniform without obvious color difference, and the coating thickness complies with the contract requirements.
03 Surface inspection
The surface of the coil should be smooth, without obvious unevenness, warping, or deformation. The surface should be clean, without oil stains, or surface bubbles. The defective part of the steel coil should not exceed 5% of the total length of each coil. There should be no obvious scratches, bruises, or scars.
04 Labeling requirements
The paper strips or other material products on the packaging must have the product name, specifications, manufacturer, etc., and the packaging logo is eye-catching, firm, and clear.
The supplier's name or supplier's trademark, standard number, grade, specifications, weight, etc. must be indicated.
The packaging mark should indicate the identification number that can be traced from steel to smelting. The quality certificate should indicate the buyer's name, contract number, product name, standard number, specification, grade, identification number, from steel to smelting, production date, delivery date. Shipment date is traceable to weight and number of pieces, and markings must indicate substrate coating weight, topcoat type and color.
