Single Phase Pad Mounted Transformer
A single-phase pad-mounted transformer, also known as a single-phase distribution transformer, is a common electrical device used to convert high voltage to low voltage or vice versa. It consists of a core and multiple windings.
The core of the pad-mounted transformer is typically made of silicon steel sheets, which have good magnetic conductivity and low losses. The shape of the core can be square, rectangular, or circular, depending on the application requirements and space limitations.
The windings of the pad-mounted transformer are divided into primary windings and secondary windings. The primary winding is connected to the input power source, while the secondary winding is connected to the output load. By varying the turns ratio between the primary and secondary windings, the pad-mounted transformer can provide the desired voltage transformation.
The transformer is also equipped with protective devices such as overcurrent protectors, over-temperature protectors, and ground fault protectors to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.

2.High voltage switch gear choose xgn15, hxgn17 or kyn28a high voltage switchgear as incoming line, high voltage metering and high voltage outgoing line. The high-voltage side can be arranged into a variety of power supply modes, such as loop network power supply, terminal power supply, dual power supply, etc., and high-voltage metering elements can also be installed to meet the requirements of high-voltage metering. Load switch or vacuum circuit breaker is generally selected as the main switch, with compact and reasonable structure and perfect anti misoperation function
3.Low voltage switchgear choose GGD, GCS or MNS etc. as low-voltage incoming line, reactive power compensation and low-voltage outgoing line. The low-voltage side adopts panel type or cabinet mounted structure ,which can meet the power distribution, lighting distribution, reactive power compensation, electric energy measurement and other functions. The main switch generally adopts ordinary load switch or intelligent circuit breaker, with flexible installation and simple operation.
