Classification of galvanized plain sheets：
Classification by coating type:
Regular galvanized steel: has only one zinc coating and is commonly used in general construction and manufacturing.
Double-sided galvanized steel panel: Both sides have a uniform zinc coating, providing better corrosion protection.
Galvalume: A coating containing aluminum and zinc that provides better anti-corrosion properties than ordinary galvanizing.
Zinc coating surface treatment
Ordinary Zinc Crystal (N)
The result of this design is that the cure of the zinc coating is not affected. Depending on the galvanizing conditions, zinc crystals of varying luster and size may or may not appear. Coating quality is not affected.
Small Zinc Crystal (M)
This design is created by intentionally influencing the solidification process. There is a smaller zinc flower on the surface, which in some cases is not visible to the naked eye. If the usual zinc flower cannot meet the surface appearance requirements, this design can be considered.
Zinc-iron alloy (ZF)
Coating design Usually the zinc-iron alloy coating is formed by heat treatment in which iron diffuses in zinc. The surface has a uniform matt gray appearance.
Coating Design for Zinc Aluminum Coating (ZA) Zinc Aluminum Coating
Unaffected solidification results in this version having a metallic sheen. Depending on the manufacturing conditions, crystals of different lusters and sizes are formed. Coating quality is not affected.
Coating design for zinc magnesium coating (ZM)
Cured with an unaffected zinc-magnesium coating, this version produces different appearances, from dull to metallic. There may be a tendency for image and darkening to occur.
Aluminum zinc coating (AZ)
The coating design of the product is delivered with standard crystals. Ordinary crystals are the metallic luster version, and the growth of aluminum-zinc crystals is not affected under normal solidification conditions.
Coating design of aluminum silicon coating (AS)
Compared with other hot-dip products, a relatively obvious Al-Fe-Si alloy layer is formed on the substrate during hot plating. This must be taken into account in further processing steps.
