About GNEE:
Continuous hot dip gi steel sheet, referred to as galvanized sheet or tinplate, is a cold-rolled continuous hot-dip galvanized steel sheet and steel strip with a thickness of 0.25-2.5mm. The steel strip is first passed through a flame-heated preheating furnace to burn off the residual oil on the surface. An iron oxide film is formed on the surface, and then it enters a reduction annealing furnace containing H2 and N2 mixed gas and is heated to 710-920C to reduce the iron oxide film into sponge iron. The surface-activated and purified strip steel is cooled to a temperature slightly higher than the molten zinc temperature. After the temperature is reached, enter the zinc pot at 450-460C and use an air knife to control the surface thickness of the zinc layer. Finally, it is passivated with chromate solution to improve white rust resistance.
The surface of the steel plate is beautiful, with block or leaf-like plated crystal patterns, and the coating is firm and has excellent atmospheric corrosion resistance. At the same time, the gi steel plate also has good welding performance and cold working forming performance. Compared with the surface of electro-galvanized sheets, its coating is thicker and is mainly used for workpieces that require strong corrosion resistance.
