Manufacturing process
Hard-rolled strip is annealed and drawn to 0.12 mm, then given a light, even zinc coat and a skin pass for flatness. Tight gauge control is essential at this thickness to avoid breaks on the press, and we check it per coil.
Packaging and shipping
Material is packed to seaworthy export standard or to your drawing. Stock of normal grades runs around 10000 tons per month and productivity about 2000 tons per month, with delivery 15–25 days after deposit or L/C. We export to the Americas, Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East.
