HC180YD+Z galvanized steel coils are produced using hot-dip galvanizing technology.
First, the steel is pre-treated by degreasing and rust removal, and then placed in high-temperature zinc water for hot-dip galvanizing. When the temperature of the zinc water reaches about 180°C, a dense galvanized layer will form on the surface of the steel, and the thickness is generally between tens of microns and hundreds of microns.
The formation of the galvanized layer can effectively isolate the steel surface from moisture and oxygen in the external environment, thereby preventing oxidation and corrosion of the steel surface.
