Cold rolled galvanized coil, is a galvanized steel coil. Steel coils are categorized as hot rolled or cold rolled according to rolling.Cold rolled galvanized sheet is used in automobiles, refrigerators, washing machines and other home appliances, as well as industrial equipment, various building materials.
Cold rolled is a steel plate that is further rolled thin to for the target thickness under room temperature conditions. Compared with hot rolled steel plate, cold rolled steel plate thickness is more accurate, and the surface is smooth, beautiful, but also has a variety of superior mechanical properties, especially in terms of processing performance. Because cold rolled coils are brittle and hard, they are not well suited for processing, so usually cold rolled steel plates are required to be annealed, pickled and surface flattened before they are handed over to customers. The minimum thickness of cold rolled steel is 0.1 - 8.0MM or less, and in most factories the thickness of cold rolled steel is 4.5MM or less; the minimum thickness and width are determined by the capacity of each factory's equipment and the market demand.
