The difference between hot-dip galvanizing and electro-galvanizing:
1. Hot-dip galvanizing: The zinc layer is thick, has strong corrosion resistance, and is expensive.
Hot-dip galvanizing process: Clean the iron parts, then treat them with solvent, dry them and then immerse them in zinc liquid. The iron reacts with the molten zinc to form an alloyed zinc layer. The process is: degreasing--water washing--pickling-- Assist plating - drying - hot dip galvanizing - separation - cooling passivation.
2. Electro-galvanizing: The zinc layer is thin, has poor corrosion resistance and is low in price.
Electrogalvanizing process: chemical degreasing → hot water washing → water washing → electrolytic degreasing → hot water washing → water washing → strong corrosion → water washing → electroplating of zinc-iron alloy → water washing → water washing → light emission → passivation → water washing → drying.
