The production process of galvalume-coated steel sheets is similar to that of galvanized steel sheets and aluminum-coated sheets, and is a continuous molten coating process. Product Process
The process flow of the uncoiling stage: the crane lifts the steel coil to the entrance saddle, and the winding car takes the steel coil from the saddle and sends it to the uncoiler drum. The uncoiler rotates, the uncoiler knife swings up, and the strip steel head enters the pinch straightening machine. The strip runs forward, and the tail of the previous roll and the head of the next roll are sheared and welded on the narrow lap welding machine. The strip steel enters the entrance looper after being sprayed with alkali solution, scrubbed with alkali solution, electrolytically degreased, scrubbed with water, spray cleaned and dried.
Coating process stage: The strip enters the continuous annealing furnace through correction rollers, steering rollers and tension rollers, which is about 300 meters long. After heat treatment in the annealing furnace, the strip steel enters the zinc pot along the furnace nose. There is a layer of zinc liquid attached to the surface of the strip when it comes out of the zinc pot. The excess zinc liquid is blown off by the compressed air sprayed by the air knife to ensure a uniform thickness of the zinc layer. The strip steel enters air cooling and then enters the water quenching tank for cooling. The strip steel passes through the finish machine and tension leveling machine, and then enters the chemical treatment section for passivation treatment.
Finally enters the winding stage. The strip enters the outlet looper, is inspected and oiled, and enters the coiler for coiling. When the required coil weight is reached, it is divided into coils. The unloading trolley unloads the steel coils from the coiler, and the crane lifts the steel coils to the finished product warehouse for packaging or transportation to the color-coating production line for the production of color-coated plates.
