The ones delivered in sheets are called SPCC cold-rolled coils, also known as box plates or flat plates; the ones delivered in long lengths in coils are called steel strips, also known as coils.
The surface quality, appearance, and dimensional accuracy of SPCC cold-rolled steel coils are significantly better than those of hot-rolled coils.
