Cold Rolled Steel Sheet:
ASTM S235 cold-rolled steel plate: hot-rolled steel coils are used as raw materials. After pickling to remove oxide scale, they are cold-rolled. The finished product is a roll-hardened coil. With the increase of cold work hardening caused by continuous cold deformation, the strength, hardness, toughness and plasticity index of rolled hardened coils decrease, and the stamping performance becomes worse. It can only be used for parts with simple deformation. Rolled hard coils can be used as hot-dip coatings Raw materials for zinc plants because hot dip galvanizing units are equipped with annealing lines. The weight of hardened coils is generally 6~13.5 tons. Hot-rolled pickled coils are continuously rolled at room temperature and have an inner diameter of 610mm.
Product features: Since it has not been annealed, its hardness is very high (HRB greater than 90) and its machining performance is very poor, so it can only perform simple directional bending less than 90 degrees (perpendicular to the coiling direction)
Cold-rolled steel has fast forming speed, high output, does not damage the coating, and can be made into a variety of cross-section forms to meet the needs of use conditions; cold rolling can cause large plastic deformation of steel, thereby increasing the yield point of the steel.
