A517M Gr.B cold rolled steel coil needs to undergo a specific heat treatment process, that is, the steel plate is heated to a temperature of not less than 900℃ for quenching, and then tempered at a temperature of not less than 620℃ for at least 1/2 hour. This heat treatment process ensures the hardness and wear resistance of the steel plate, while also improving its impact resistance and fatigue resistance.
