Hot Dip Galvanized Automotive Steel
DC53D+Z(St04Z) hot dip galvanized plates(coils) are featured with strong coating adhesiveness, high erosion-resistance, accurately controlled zinc coating thickness, high size precision, flat profile and good mechanical, processing and welding performance. They can be used for making outside and inside automotive plates, structural parts and reinforcements.
Hot-dip galvanizing is the process of applying a protective zinc coating to a steel sheet or iron sheet, to prevent rusting.
Excellent anti-corrosion, paintability, and processability due to the self-sacrificing characteristic of zinc.
Available to select and produce the desired amount of zinc gilded and in particular enables thick zinc layers(maximum 120g/m2).
Classified as either zero spangle or extra smooth depending on whether the sheet undergoes skin pass treatment.

Allowable reduction of min.r90 and n90 specified are respectively by 0.2 and 0.01 in case of product thickness<0.7mm.
For differential coated products, the thicker coating is used as outside surface in bending test.
